We have two new scratch-and-dent units of this model. One has a dent and scratches at the back of the interior and some scratches on the sides. The other one has a dent on one side, some fraying in the plastic lining, and a couple scratches. It also wobbles a bit, but that's an easy fix with something placed underneath to stabilize the cooler.
