Warranties and Returns

At Ben’s Appliances, we want to make finding reliable appliances easy. Longtime viewers of Ben’s YouTube channel know, modern manufacturers just don’t make them like they used to. That’s why:

• We test every appliance we sell—unless it is new-in-box. 
• Every appliance is eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days.
• For customers within 10 miles of our store, we can send out a technician for a free service call within 30 days of your purchase.
• Customers who live more than 10 miles from our store are welcome to drop off appliances for repairs. We will cover the parts and labor costs within 30 days of purchase and the parts cost within 60 days of purchase.
• At your request, we will add a free, 12-month Neu Shield Protection Plan on any new appliance over $300.
